    Intermittent fasting is not only one of the most popular but one of the healthiest fitness trends that can help you improve your health, boost muscle and lose weight.

    Intermittent fasting is more about when you eat rather than what you eat; however, we always recommend incorporating a well-balanced diet consisting primarily of whole foods during your eating windows. There are a few different timing guides out there but we’re going to keep it simple for you and break it down in this brief guide. 


    The Leangains protocol (16/8 Method) is the method in which you eat all of your meals of the day in an 8 hour window of your choosing  (i.e. 11AM-7PM).
