This fast is for people who aren’t necessarily concerned about losing as much weight as possible but are looking to cut fat and keep muscle mass. The same rules apply as the 10 Day Integrity Challenge but this fast allows for extra protein to make sure you keep your GAINS!

Start everyday with 1 MASF Multivitamin. Your first shake of the day will be 20oz of cold water in a MASF Blender Bottle. Add 1 scoop of Smashin’ Greens, 1 scoop of MASF Recovery BCAAs and 1 scoop of MASF Rush pre workout or 1/2 scoop depending on your caffeine tolerance. Don’t worry, our pre workout does not have anything in it that will make your skin crawl or itch.

Your second shake of the day should be 20oz of ice cold water, 1 scoop of the Smashin’ Greens and 3 scoops of your flavor choice of MASF Gains Protein. (Mint Chocolate is my personal favorite)

30 minutes before each workout mix 1 scoop of MASF Rush pre workout in 12oz of cold water.

During your workout have at least 1 scoop of MASF Recovery BCAAs in 12oz of cold water and as always, as much water as you’d like.

Within 30 minutes of finishing your workout have a MASF Gains Protein shake of your choice.

Your third shake of the day should be 1 scoop of the Smashin’ Greens and 3 scoops of the MASF Gains Protein of your choice in 20oz of ice cold water.

Throughout the entirety of the fast, you can and are encouraged to drink as much water as possible! You may also have as many Smashin’ Greens shakes and MASF Recovery BCAA drinks as you’d like.
