A combination that has become quite popular amongst our customers is to mix our MASF GAINS Protein powders with the Smashin’ Greens! Give it a try!
• Mix 1 scoop of Smashin’ Greens and 2 scoops (1 serving) of MASF GAINS Protein (Mint Chocolate, Cinnamon Toast, Strawberry or Vanilla) with 20oz. of water in a blender/ shaker bottle.
• Add ice (best enjoyed cold!), shake well and enjoy!

The Classic

 *** PERFECT treat for those on the greens fast!! Contains only sugar free MASF GAINS and water***
• In your blender, add 1 cup of ice, 8-10 oz. cold water, 2-3 scoops (Depending on your protein needs) of MASF GAINS  Protein Powder (any flavor!)
• Blend until smooth and enjoy!

The Green Banana

• Using an electric blender, add 1 cup of ice (more or less, if you prefer), approx. ¾ cup Frozen bananas, 8-10 oz.  almond milk (any flavor, sweetened or unsweetened; you can also add whatever sweetener you prefer, e.g. Stevia or Monk Fruit), ½ scoop Smashin’ Greens (you can add up to 1 scoop of greens if you wish, however it will have a stronger greens taste, it’s up to you!)
• Blend until smooth and enjoy!

Mint Monkey (Protein Smoothie)

• In your blender, add 1 cup of ice, approx ¾ cup frozen bananas, 8-10 oz. almond milk, and 2 scoops of MASF GAINS Mint Chocolate Protein powder.
• Blend until smooth and enjoy!

Variety Fruit (Protein Smoothie)

• In your blender, add 1 cup of ice, approx. ¾ cup frozen fruit combo of your choice (bananas, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, pineapple, etc.), 8-10 oz. almond milk, and 2 scoops MASF GAINS Protein Powder (any flavor).
• Blend until smooth and enjoy!

Welch Cakes!

• Spray skillet with olive oil or other cooking oil and warm over medium heat. Mix 6 oz. egg whites (more or less depending on your specific dietary needs) with 1-2 scoops MASF GAINS Protein Powder (any flavor). You may also add any extra ingredients to the mixture you’d like (oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, fruit, stevia sweetened chocolate chips, etc.)!
• Pour in skillet, allow to cook most of the way through, flip, and cook until firm. Add whatever toppings you like! (We recommend sugar free syrup, or honey or agave, fresh fruit, or peanut butter!) Enjoy!

MASF Strawberry Pecan Protein Bites!

Ingredients:
For the crust: 1 cup of pecans
1/3 cup of unsweetened coconuts flakes
1Tbsp honey
1tsp olive oil
Ingredients for the filling:
1 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
1 scoop MASF Gains Strawberry Protein
Directions:
1. Blend together all ingredients for filling and set aside
2. Blend all ingredients for crust and set aside
3. Grease small muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray
4. Press crust down into each muffin space
5. Spoon filling on top of crust
6. Freeze for about 20-30 mins and enjoy
